Card setup now includes more control over the fields shown on wallet passes.
You can choose whether to show the default Member and Next reward fields, and add up to two custom fields with your own label and value.
These fields appear in the card preview and are used on Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.
Pro accounts now have access to the Analytics page.
The page shows views, visitors, signups, wallet installs, signup rate, and wallet install rate across the last 7, 30, or 90 days. Results can be filtered by poster or card.
It also includes charts for acquisition activity, signup funnel, and loyalty activity, plus breakdowns for top posters, top cards, traffic sources, devices, and tracked events.
This is the first step toward smarter customer targeting in Leal. Over time, analytics will support upcoming campaign tools with predictive insights, using machine learning to help identify patterns such as which customers are most likely to return, redeem, or need a timely reminder.
You can now bulk import customers into Leal using CSV files, making it easier to get started or sync from existing systems.
We've also added external ID + source fields to customers. These are now supported in Zapier v1.1.0 too, allowing customer lookups and syncing with third-party systems like Square to work much more reliably.
You can now control what information customers need to provide when signing up via your posters.
You'll find these settings when creating or editing a poster, under "Sign-up requirements." The sign-up form updates automatically to reflect your choices.

You can now upload a dedicated square icon for your loyalty cards.
This image is used as the lock screen icon on Apple Wallet and the program logo on Google Wallet giving your brand a crisp, properly formatted look on both platforms.
Previously, your rectangular logo was scaled down for these square slots, which could result in a tiny or awkward appearance. Now you can set a square icon at the store level (used as the default) or override it per card.
Upload one from Store Settings or the Card editor under "Square icon."
You can now get Apple Wallet and Google Wallet URLs directly from the API when creating or viewing customers and their loyalty cards. This means you can send pass links to your customers from your own system - perfect for POS integrations or custom email flows.
What changed:
All customer card responses now include apple_wallet_url and google_wallet_url
The Zapier "Create Customer" and "Add Stamps" actions also return these URLs, so you can use them in your Zaps. Version 1.0.1 Zapier integration released.
No action needed on your end. The new fields are automatically included in responses.
