Custom stamp icons and stamp background colours

You can now upload a custom stamp icon when creating or editing a loyalty card.

Stamp backgrounds can also be customised separately from the stamp icon colour. Existing cards will continue to use a white stamp background by default, with the same active and inactive stamp opacity behaviour as before.
