  1. Transitioning from Stamp Cards to a Dynamic Points-Based Reward System for Enhanced Merchant Flexibility

The merchant sets a custom conversion rate (e.g., $1 = 10 points) and defines a catalog of rewards with varying point costs. This mimics the Starbucks Rewards model, where users can see their real-time point balance directly on the Apple Wallet or Google Pay pass. When a transaction is made, the pass updates automatically via a push notification, showing progress toward the next reward tier. While stamp cards are great for simple coffee shops, a points engine supports higher-value merchants (like retail or dining) where spending varies per visit. It offers greater flexibility for the merchant to run promotions—like "Double Point Tuesdays"—and provides customers with more choices on how to "spend" their loyalty, significantly increasing long-term user retention and app engagement.

  2. White-Label for Agency

Boomerangme is the top competitor of this app, yet I feel that this market is not saturated and still has significant room for Leal to position itself. One way to promote awareness could be the introduction of a white-label solution for early adopters or users, which could help accelerate growth and gather valuable feedback. I hope this will be possible in the future. Thank you.

  3. Integration: Webhook for notifications such as WhatsApp or SMS, aligned with the brand.

I would like to have a notification system that can boost my brand by sending acknowledgments via SMS or WhatsApp, not just email. For example, whenever someone requests a stamp—either online or offline—once the stamp is completed, the customer should receive a notification. This will not only enhance brand awareness but also ensure the customer feels that their effort was fully acknowledged and confirmed. This can be achieved by integrating a simple webhook so that when a stamp or scan is completed, a notification is sent. Similarly, when a reward is claimed, a notification should be sent as well. I currently have an app live on AppSumo called "Tinycommand," which is promising. I have successfully implemented this logic with other apps. As long as a webhook is available, we may be able to create an automation; however, integration is the best option. Tinycommand is fast and receptive—if they are open to integrating your app with theirs, it could boost traffic for both parties.
